RESOLUTINN NO. 69-755 <br /> <br />RESOI,UTION ADOPTING SCALE OF PREVAILING <br />WAGE R ATES, ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1969-1, <br />LONGVIEW, CITY OF PLEASANTON, ALAMEDA <br /> COUNTY, CALIFORNIA . <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, - <br />Alameda County, California, on the 27th day of October, 1969, adopted <br />revised plans and specifications for the improvements to be made in <br />Assessment District No. 1969-1, Longview, City of Pleasanton, Alameda <br />County, California; <br /> <br /> NOIV, THEREFORE, BIZ IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br />the City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, that said City <br />Council has determined and estsblished the general prevailing rate of <br />per diem wages for each type of craft o£ workman needed to execute <br />or perform the necessary work or improvements in accordance with the <br />schedule appended hereto ~nd described, "Schedule of Per Diem Wage <br />Rates"; and <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said "Schedule cf Pem Diem <br />Wage Rates" be, and it is hereby, embodied in the Notice Inviting <br /> <br />Sealed Bids and all contract documents in <br />and improvement hereinabove described. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY that the <br /> <br />connection with said work <br /> <br />foregoing resolution was duly <br /> <br />and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of <br />Alameda County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, <br />the 27th day of October, 1969, by the following vote, to wit: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />NOES: <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />CouncilmenBERATLIS.
