RESOLUTION <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING REVISED PI,ANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS, ASSESSblENT DISTRICT NO. 1969-1, <br />LONGVIEW, CITY OF PLEASANTON, ALA.k{EDA COUNTY, <br /> CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> WtlEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pleasanton <br /> <br />has received construction bids on the above district upon two occasions~ <br />to wit, on June S, 1969 and July 3, 1969; and <br /> <br /> WtIEREAS, bids received were in excess the Engineer of <br />Work's estimate of cost; and <br /> <br /> WtIEREAS, the Engineer of Work has filed Revised Plans <br /> <br />and Specifications making certain changes in the work and improve- <br />ments to be done in Assessment District No, 1969-1, Longvlew, City <br />of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br /> <br />the City of Pleasanton, ^lameda County, California, that the revised <br />Plans and Specifications filed with the City Clerk of the City of <br />Pleasanton on the 27th day of October, 1969, be, and they are hereby., <br />approved as the plans and specifications for the doing of said work <br />and improvements. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly <br /> <br />and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, <br />Alameda County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on <br /> <br /> day of October, 1969, by the following vote, to wit: <br /> <br /> REGA~ REID, SPILIOTOPOULOS & MAYOR GERTON <br /> <br />the 27th <br />AYES: <br /> <br />NOES: <br /> <br />ASSENt: <br /> <br />Councilmen~ERATLIS~ <br /> <br />CouncilmenNONE <br /> <br />CouncilmenNONE <br /> <br />City of Pleasanton, Alameda <br />County, California. <br /> <br /> <br />
