W'ME~tEAS: <br /> <br />k~EREAS: <br />~HEREAS: <br /> <br /> C~¥ OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> EBOLUTION NO -69-250 <br /> RE: PART-TIME STAFFING FOR MAYORS CONFERENCE <br /> <br /> The Mayors Conference of A~ COunty has proposed a <br /> part-time staff in order to'~e effectively communicate <br /> with the cities within Alameda County, the elected <br /> representatives of both the County and the State and the <br /> Federal GovernmentS and <br /> <br /> A recommendation, including a cOst,sharing prOposal, has <br /> been prepared and submitted to the Alameda County Mayors <br /> Conference by a committee composed iof certain of the <br /> City Managers of cities within Alameda County; and <br /> <br />It appears desirable for the City of Pleasanton to indi- <br />cate its approval of said recommendation and its authori' <br />zation to She City staff to transfer City funds not to <br />exceed $1200.00 to the Alameda County Mayors Conference <br />as Pleasanton's share of the cost of part-time staffing <br />for the Mayors Conference. <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That the proposal to provide a part-time staff for the <br /> Alameda County Mayors Conference is approved. <br /> <br /> 2.
