CITY OF PL A AN¥0N <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESoLuTIoN NO. 69-248 <br />FINDING OF NO MAJORITY PROTEST FOR ANNEXATION NO. <br /> <br />61 <br /> <br />WHEREAS: <br /> <br />WHEREAS: <br /> <br />WHEREAS: <br /> <br />The City Council did, by Resolution No. 69-238, initiate <br />proceedings to annex certain property described therein <br />to the City of Pleasanton; and <br /> <br />Said annexation includes some twenty-three (23) acres of <br />land along Vineyard Avenue and is commonly known as <br />Annexation No. 61; and <br /> <br />The hearing on said Annexation was held October 20, 1969 <br />at which no protests to said annexation were received. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That it is found and determined with respect to Annexa- <br />tion No. 61 that no majority protest with respect theret¢ <br />was filed. <br /> <br />DATED:~ October~ 20, 1969 <br /> <br /> AP.
