CITY Or P[EASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO- 69-241 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP AND IMPROVEMENT <br />PLANS FOR TRACT 3145 (ARROYO DEL PRADO UNiT NO. 7) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Final Subdivision Map and Improvement Plans for Unit <br /> No. 7, of Tract 3145 (Arroy del Prado), have been checked <br /> by the engineering staff and necessary corrections made; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The necessary inspection fees, annexation fees, bonds and <br /> signed agreements have been received. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Plans for Unit 7, of Tract 3145 (Arroy del Prado) are <br /> approved and accepted. <br /> <br /> 2.
