IEEREAS, <br /> <br />RE: <br /> <br /> %it OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 69-239 <br /> <br />AUTEORIZATION TO INITIATE ANNEXATION PROCEEDINGS <br />WZTH RESPECT TO A 30 FOOT STRIP OF LAND CONTIGUOUS <br />WITH A PORTION OF THE LENGTH OF THE WESTERLY <br />BOUNDARY OF ANNEXATION NO.37 <br /> <br />It appears desirable, in order to accommodate development <br />upon a portion of Annex 37, that a strip of land some 30 <br /> <br />feet in width and contiguous with a portion of the length <br />of the western boundary of Annex 37 be annexed to the <br /> <br />City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1.
