Re: ~HERE AS, ~HEREAS, CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO-69-237 Declaring a Public Nuisance of Rubbish on Property The property located at 2~ Happy Valley Road, further described as P~l~l-~i~ 3052 of Assessor's Book No. has upon it rubbish and refuse such as is defined by Section 39561.5; and The City Council, pursuant to Section 39561 of the Government Code, is invested with the authority to declar ~y resolution~ as public nuisances and to abate all rubbis and refuse upon private property located in the City; and After consideration of evidence both oral and documentary it appears that said rubbish and refuse located upon the parcel~e~eii~;~is~public nuisance in t~at it constitutes a fire hazard and as such is detrimental to the health safety and welfare of the residents of the City of Pleasanton. ~OW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: 1. That the rubbish and refuse upon the property commonly referred to as 2~ Happy Valley Road, and more specificall referred to as~l~Block 3052, of Assessor's Book 9~6, is hereby declared a public nuisance to be abated and removed pursuant to procedure in Section 3~560, et seq, of the Government Code. 2. That on October lB, 1969, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M at the Pleasanton Justice Court Chambers, the City Counci of the City of Pleasanton will hear and consider said public nuisance. 3. That the City Clerk is directed to mail written notice of the proposed abatement herein to the owner of the propert;
