PLEASANT. <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 69'236 <br /> <br />AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR ONE TRUCK MOUNTED HIGH VELOCITY <br />PIPE CLEANING MACHINE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The City Council had previously authorized solicitation <br /> <br /> of bids for a truck-mounted, high-velocity pipe cleaning <br /> machine, said bids to be opened on October 3, 1969, at <br /> 4:00 P.M., at City Hall; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Three bids were submitted and opened October 3, 1969, at <br /> q:00 P.M., at City Hall, the lowest of which was in the <br /> amount of $14,991.51, ~mbmitted by the Southwest Flexib~ <br /> Company, of Culver City, California; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Bid submitted by the low bidder appears in every <br /> respect to be in order and consistent with the specific~ <br /> tions pursuant to which the bid was submitted. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That the Bid of $1q,991.51 submitted by Southwest <br /> Flexible Company for the sale to the City of one'truck- <br /> mounted, high-velocity, pipecleaning machine is <br /> accepted. <br /> <br /> 2.
