CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO.69-234 <br /> <br />ACC~PTANCEOF DEED FROM MACKAY HAMES, INC., FOR GRANT OF <br />EASEMENT FOR RECREATIONAL PURPOSES IN TRACT NO, 3092 <br /> <br />WHEREAS: The Clty~ is in receipt ~of a deed dated SePtember 8, 1969 <br /> from Mackay Homes, .Inc., f~r T~act NO. 3092, for a grant <br /> of easement for recreational purposes on a parcel of <br /> land. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That the land offered for dedication to the City for <br /> recreational purposes in the grant of easement from <br /> Mackay Homes, Inc., dated September 8, 1969, is accepted. <br /> <br /> 2.
