CITY OF PEEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO- 69~233 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF DEED FROM MACKAY HOMES, INC., TRACT #3092, <br />FOR ROAD PURPOSES <br /> <br />WHEREAS: <br /> <br />The City is in receipt of a deed dated September 8, 1969~ <br />f~m ~ACKAY HOMES, INC., for a parcel of land for easemel <br />purposes, ta the City of Pleasanton, in Tract No. B092. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVE~ AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That the land offered for dedication to the City for <br /> easement for road purposes in the Grant of Easement <br /> dated September 8, 1969, is accepted. <br /> <br /> 2.
