CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO~69-229 <br /> <br /> RE: FINDING OF NO MAJORITY ?ROTEST FOR ANNEXATION #60 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, AnneXation No. 60, involving some 35 acres, was heard by <br /> the City Council September 22, 1969, after having been <br /> duly noticed and published for pubiic hearing on that <br /> date; and <br /> <br />W~E~EA$; The City of Pleasanton is in receipt of a written consent <br /> to annex on the part of all landowners within the boun- <br /> daries of said AnneXation NO. 60; and <br />WHEEEAS, No persons or landowners within the boundaries of Annexa- <br /> tion No. 60 protested said annexation. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1.
