BUILDERS <br /> <br />EHEREAS: <br /> <br />W~EREAS: <br /> <br />NOW, <br /> <br />DATED: <br /> <br /> The ~inety-four (94) acres in question is bounded on the <br /> west by Santa Rita Road on the northeast by the Southern <br /> Pacific Railroad tracks, on the south by a private road <br /> owned by the Kaiser Sand and Gravel Company, and on the <br /> north by Mohr Avenue; and <br /> <br />It appears that this particular land can now appropriate- <br />ly be classified on the General Plan as Medium Density <br />Residential inasmuch as there is ample industrial lahd <br />within the City of Pleasanton to service its needs. <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That the ninety-four (94) acres of land bounded on the <br /> west by aanta Rita Road on the northeast by the Southern <br /> Pacific Railroad tracks, on the south by a private road <br /> owned by the Kaiser Sand and Gravel Company, and on the <br /> north by Mohr Avenue, is hereby classified as Medium <br /> Density Residential on the General Plan for the City of <br /> Pleasanton adopted by the City Council in 1965. <br /> September 22, 1969 ~,~.
