CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO69-229 <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS ON ADAMS WAY <br /> <br />WHEREAS: Street ~mprovements: on Adams Way were installed by A. <br /> Teichert and Son, Incorporated, pursuant to contract <br /> with the City: of Pleasanton; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS: Said installation of public improvements was completed <br /> <br /> in a sat±s£actory manner; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That public improvements installed on Adams Way by A. <br /> Teichert and Son, Incorporated, are accepted. <br /> <br /> 2. That Dhe appropriate: City of£ice~s are authorized and <br /> directed to do whatever necessary to implement said <br /> acceptance, including the payment bo A.
