W~EREAS: <br /> <br />WHEREAS: <br /> <br />WHEREAS: <br /> <br />WHEREAS: <br /> <br /> el~ GF PLEA~ANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO 6g-20E <br /> <br /> CONFIRMATION OF COSTS W[TN I~SPECT TO ~ED ABATEIV~NT <br />City has pursuant to Section ~9560, et seq, of the Goverr <br />merit Code, inlt~ated and implemented a weed abatement <br />program for 1969; and <br /> <br />The contract for abatement of weeds upon or in front of <br />the properties listed in Resolution No, 69-7~ was let to <br />Benjamin Di Salvo, who, upon completion of abatement <br />pursuant to specifications prepared by the City, submitt~ <br />an itemized statement of cost of abatement for each of <br />the properties abated; and <br /> <br />Said cost itemization was posted outside the Council <br />Chambers as required and was considered by the Council a~ <br />its meeting August 25, 1969; and <br /> <br />No objections to said itemization as submitted by BenJam~ <br />Di Salvo were heard. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That the cost itemization submitted by Benjamin Di Salvo <br /> in connection with the City's Weed abatement program for <br /> 1969 is hereby confirmed. <br /> <br /> 2.
