A <br /> <br />01TY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. ~9-~nP <br /> <br />DECLARING INTENTION TO VACATE DESCRIBED PUBLIC SERVICE EASE- <br />MENTS ABUTTING WEST LAS POSITAS BOULEVARD AND HOPYARD ROAD <br /> <br />WHEREAS: <br /> <br />It appears that certain public service easements on Lot <br />130, of Tract No. 2953, were inappropriately dedicated tc <br />and accepted by the City of Pleasanton by way of Final <br />Subdivision Map; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS: <br /> <br />Said public service easements are f~t~b~U~d~Fi~b$ City <br />of Pleasanton inasmuch as tree planter pockets are to be <br />provided within the area covered by said easements; and <br /> <br />~{E F~EAS: <br /> <br />Pacific Gas and Electric Company, by letter dated March <br />1969, states that it has no objections to vacation of <br />said easements; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />(1) That the City Council of the City of Pleasanton does her. <br /> by declare its intention to vacate certain eight foot <br /> wide public service easements abutting Las Positas <br /> yard and Hopyard Road, which said easements are more <br /> particularly described on a map prepared by the Depart- <br /> ment of Public W~rks of the City of Pleasanton and <br /> designated "Application for vacation of Public Service <br /> Easements", attached hereto and incorporated by reference <br /> herein, copies of which are on file in the office of the <br /> City Clerk. <br /> <br />(2) That on September 22, 1969, at 8:00 P.M,, in the Justic~ <br /> Court Chambers, 30 W.
