CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO., 70.252 <br /> <br /> RE: RECREATIONAL USE AGREEMENT WITH ALAMEDA COUNTY <br /> FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT <br /> <br />the Council did, at its December 21, 1970, meeting con- <br />sider a proposed agreement with the Alameda County Flood <br />District whereby District would license City to use <br />District owned portions of the Arroyo Del Valle and othe <br />district properties for recreational purposes consistent <br />with the use of such properties for flood control pur- <br />poses. <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1.
