CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO, 70-249 <br /> <br /> APPROVING FINAL PROGRESS PAYMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF FIRE <br /> STATION NO. 3 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, work by Leitze Construction Company on Fire Station No. <br /> has been satisfactorily completed and acceptance thereof <br /> by the City is recommended by the Director of Public <br /> Works. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That Fire Station No. ~ located at the Northeast corner <br /> of Santa Rita Road and Los Positas Boulevard is hereby <br /> accepted with the exception of those items enumerated on <br /> a punch list prepared by the Department of Public Works <br /> of the City of Pleasanton dated December 21, 1970. <br /> <br /> 2. That the appropriate City officers are directed to prepar, <br /> and execute warrants in favor of Leitze Construction <br /> Company, the City's general contractor on said project, <br /> for any amounts of money remaining above and beyond the <br /> <br /> 10S retention and to take whate~other steps are neces- <br /> sary to implement said acc~nJ~ <br />DATED: December 21, 1970 <br /> <br /> ROBE~RT I.
