CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 70-247_ <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT DEED FROM MORRISON HOMES, INCORPORATED, <br /> FOR PARK PURPOSES IN TRACT NO. 3112. <br /> <br />WHEREAS: The City of Pleasanton is in receipt of a grant deed, <br /> dated April 8, 1970, from Morrison Homes, Incorporated, <br /> <br />for park purposes in Tract No. 3112. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That the offer of dedication evidenced in the. grant <br /> <br />deed, dated April 8, 1970, from Morrison Homes, <br /> <br />Incorporated, to the City of Pleasanton, for park <br /> <br /> purposes in Tract No. 3112, is accepted. <br /> <br />2.
