WHEREAS <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO, 70-241 <br /> <br />RE: RAISING OF FEES FOR PROCESSING OF CERTAIN LAND <br /> USE APPLICATIONS <br /> <br /> , The City Council has considered at great length and at <br /> several hearings, the latest of which was December 7, 197( <br /> the recommendation of the City Manager of September 30, <br /> 1970 that fees which the City has required for the pro- <br /> cessing of certain land use applications be raised; and <br /> Based upon such figures as were supplied to the actual <br /> cost of processing such applications, it appears clear <br /> that increases in such fees are warranted in order to <br /> take into account higher costs of processing. <br /> <br />THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That the following fees be raised as provided below: <br /> <br />a. Zoning Certificate $ 15.00 <br />b. Design Review 25.00 <br />c. Variance 15.00 <br />d. Conditional Use 75.00 <br />e. Rezoning~ 250.00 <br />f. Planned Unit Development 250.00 <br />g. General Plan Amendment 250.00 <br /> <br />2. Any prior resolutions in conflict herewith are repealed. <br /> <br />3. That the staff initiate studies for consideration by the <br /> <br />Council of the actual costs of processing applications <br /> <br />for General Plan Amendment, Rezonings, Planned Unit Devel <br /> <br /> opment and Public Works fees, the results of said study <br /> <br /> to be considered in study sg~s A / <br />De~ember 7, 1970 <br /> <br /> ~ R I.
