WHEREAS: <br /> <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />CCUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> ~ FATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 70-236 <br /> <br />WHEREAS: The Director of Public Works <br /> water line and appurtenances <br /> City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF WATER LINE, APPURTENANCES, AND EASEMENT <br /> IN WEBB LANE ADJACENT TO FOOTHILL ROAD. <br /> <br /> William F. and Gwendolynn H. Webb; have offered to <br /> dedicate to the City of Pleasanton an easement for <br /> a water line and appurtenances in Webb Lane off <br /> <br /> Foothill ~ad by a Grant Deed, dated November 3, 1970. <br /> recommends that this <br /> be accepted by the <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> <br />DATED: <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1.
