CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />;':'; ~SOLUTION NO._._70-227 <br /> <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS ON CONSTRUCTION OF VALLEY AVENUE PROJECT NO. 70-3 <br /> <br />WHEREAS: Work by Wattis Construction Company, as general contrac- <br /> tor for the Valley Avenue Project 70-3 as outlined in <br /> the basic contract has been satisfactorily completed. <br /> <br />WHEREAS: The Director of Public Works has recommended acceptance <br /> of Public Improvements on Valley Avenue and the filing <br /> of a notice of completion for work performed under the <br /> basic contract, Project No. 70,3. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That the work done by Wattis Construction Co, any <br /> pursuant to the basic contract for Public Improvements <br /> on Valley Avenue, Project No. 70,3, be accepted. <br /> <br /> 2.
