CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO, ,70-222 <br /> <br /> INSTRUCTIONS TO PLANNING COMMISSION WITH RESPECT TO <br /> FURTHER CONDITIONS TO BE ATTACHED TO CONDITIONAL USE <br /> PERMIT FOR LAND COVERED BY REZONING OF PROPERTY <br /> ~LOCATED ON NORTH SIDE OF NEAL STREET, AT INTERSECTION <br /> OF NEAL AND THIRD STREETS, CONTAINING APPROXIMATELY <br /> 1.86 ACRES <br /> <br /> THE CITY CO~CIL DID, at their meeting November 2, 1970, <br /> approVe the recommendation of the Planning Commission to <br /> rezone from RM-4,000 (Multiple Family) District to the <br /> <br /> P (Public and Institutional) District the property loca- <br /> ted on the north side of Meal Street at its intersection <br /> with Third Stneet and accordingly introduced an ordinance <br /> effecting such rezoning; and <br /> <br /> The Council was desirous of insuring, so far as is possi- <br /> ble, that the property herein will be developed consis- <br /> tent with the provisions of the conditional use permit <br /> within one year. <br /> <br />THE~FORE, BE IT ~SOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That the Planning Commission be instructed to, at its <br /> earliest convenience, mend the conditional use permit <br /> granted in connection with the property herein so as to <br /> further condition said permit upon development of the <br /> property herein as a convalescent hospital within one <br /> year, said permit to lapse if said condition is not <br /> compliedwit~ and to provide that in the event said <br /> permit lapses the permittee or his successors in interest <br /> <br /> not apply for any other use on.id property for a period <br /> of sixty (60) days from the ~p~? of s~d~ <br /> ~ ~.~e~_l~ , [~\ / permit ./.~,, <br /> November 2,-1970 <br /> <br /> I.
