ESOLUTION NO. 70-221. <br /> <br />QUITCLAIM DEED OF PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENTS <br />ON REAR OF LOTS 16 and 17, TRACT 2802, <br />NORTON WAY <br /> <br />WHEREAS: The City of Pleasanton is in possession of a public <br /> <br />service easement on the rear of Lots 16 and 17, Tract <br /> <br />No. 2802, Norton Way, and has agreed to quitclaim said <br /> <br />easement to the owners of Lots 16 and 17 in order that <br /> <br />they may include maintenance of the l0 foot easement wit] <br /> <br />the maintenance of the two lots. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1.
