CITY OF PLEASANTQN <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA~ <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 70-2~ <br />ACCEPTANGE OF PHASE II LANDSCAPING OF AMADOR VALLEY <br />COMMUNITY PARK <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Work by Armand and Smith on Phase II of the improvement <br /> of Amador Valley Co~aunity Park (Landscaping) has pro- <br /> gressed satisfactorily to the point and is now substan- <br /> tially complete with the exception of certain items enum- <br /> erated in a punch list prepared by the architect~dated <br /> October 6, 1970; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Director of Public Works and the architect have <br /> inspected said project and recommend it for acceptance. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That work by Armand and Smith, Inc. on Phase II of the <br /> improvement of Amador Valley ~mmunity Park dealing with <br /> the landscaping thereof be accepted with the exception <br /> of those items enumerated on the punch list submitted by <br /> the architect and dated October 6, 1970. <br /> <br /> 2.
