WHEREAS, <br /> <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 70-213 <br />APPROVAL OF BUDGET AMENDMENT TO ACCOMMODATE INSTALLATIO~ <br />OF STREET LIGHTING ON BLACK AVENUE OPPOSITE AMADOR i <br />VALLEY COMMUNITY PARK <br /> <br />It appears desirable that the City proceed immediately <br /> <br />with ~he installation of streamlined poles, street lights <br /> <br />and underground street lighting circuits on the south <br /> <br /> side <br /> <br /> Park. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> <br /> l. <br /> <br />DATED: <br /> <br />Re <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />October 19, 1970 <br /> <br />of Black Avenue opposite the Amador Valley Communit <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That not to exceed $7,000.00 be transferred from the <br />Section 2106 Gas Tax Fund to the General Fund for street <br />maintenance, said transfer to be made not earlier than <br />November 23, 1970. <br /> <br />That the appropriate City officers be directed to execut <br />a contract with Pacific GaS and Electric Company for not <br />to exceed $7,000.00 for installation of streamli~ed~L <br />poles for street lighting and underground circuits <br />on the south side of Black Avenue opposite the Amador <br />Valley Community Park. <br /> <br />The report of the Director of Public Works dated October <br />1970, and the recommendations therein, to the extent that <br />they are not speci£ically referred to herein, are ap- <br /> <br />proved and the appropriate City officers directed to <br />implement same. ~~~ ~ <br /> <br />0ate <br /> , $ <br /> <br /> <br />
