ON AMADOR <br />VALLEY COMMUNIT~ P~ARK'SWIMNING POOLS AND AUTNORIZATION <br />TO FILE NOTZCE O~ COMPLETION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Work by A. & J. Shooter, Inc., as general contractor for <br /> the Amador Valley Community Park swimming pools, has been~ <br /> <br />satisfactorily completed With the exception of items here <br /> <br />inafter provided for; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, It appears desirable and in the public interest to accept <br /> <br />said swimming pools; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That the contract and work pursuant thereto by A. & J. <br /> <br />Shooter, Inc. on the swimming pools in the Amador Valley <br /> <br />Community Park is hereby accepted and approved on condi- <br />tion that contractor,~A, and J. Shooter, Inc., perform the <br />following work in order that the Job be fully complete: <br /> <br />(a) Install satisfactorily in compliance with the <br /> specifications the two electrical motors on the <br /> swimming pool re-circulation system, using the <br /> required design voltage, as recommended by the <br /> architect. <br /> <br />(b) That the plastered coping on the swimming pools be <br /> patched as required and that the entire coping area <br /> be repaired as recommended by the architect. <br /> <br />DATED: <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />That the appropriate City officers be directed to take <br />whatever steps necessary, in~Ing, but~:~ limited to, <br />the filing of a Notice of/ ~plyt~on w~h z,spect thereto <br /> / <br /> <br /> N:'PROVEI] TO FORM" <br /> <br />WILLIAM A.
