CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO, 70.,20~ <br />STOPPZNG AND PARKING REGULATIONS ON MAIN <br />STREET AND ON SANTA RITA ROAD <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Director of Public Works/City Traffic Engineer has <br /> <br />recommended several changes in the stoPping and parking <br />regulations on Main Street and on Santa Rita Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Said changes appear to be in the interests of the public <br /> <br />health, safety and general welfare of the residents of <br /> <br />the City of Pleasanton; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That subsection 6s-5 of Section 6 of Resolution No.70-26 <br /> <br /> relating to no parking zones, be repealed and deleted. <br />2. That Section 5 of Resolution No. 70-26, relating to no <br /> <br />stopping zones, is amended by the addition thereto of <br /> <br />subsection 52-1, said subsection as added to provide as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />"Section 5. No Stopping Zones <br /> <br />5s-1 <br /> <br />Santa Rita Road. On the east side of Santa <br />Rita Road from Stanley Boulevard to Francisc <br />Street." <br /> <br />5.
