CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO- 70-204 <br /> <br />AUTHORIZING CITY OFFICERS TO EXECUTE THE REIMBURSEMENT <br />AGREEMENT WITH THE MOBIl% OIL CORPORATION FOR THE <br />INSTALLATION OF AN O~F-SITE SANITARY SEWER <br /> <br />~HEREAS: <br /> <br />~'HERE AS: <br /> <br />IOW, <br /> <br />DATED: <br /> <br />aTTEST: <br /> <br />The Mobil.:, Oil Corporation and the City of Pleasanton hav <br />negotiated an agreement, the terms of which provide for <br />the installation of an off-site sanitary sewer located <br />generally at the intersection of Hopyard Road and Highway <br />No. 580, and for reimbursement by the City to the Mobil <br />Oil Corporation over a period of seven years for the cost <br />of said sanitary sewer. <br /> <br />Said agreement represents the intent of both parties and <br />is in proper legal form. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, <br /> <br /> 1. That <br /> City <br /> <br /> BE IT ~ESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />the agreement between Mobil Oil Corporation and the <br />of ?leasanton, concerning the installation of an <br />off-site sanitary sewer, is approved. <br /> <br />That the appropriate City officers be authorized and <br /> <br /> APPROVED AS TO FORM <br /> <br />WILl. lAM A.
