CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO.~70-200 <br />AUTNORIZING FINAL PROGRESS PAYMENT TO WESTERN EMPIRE <br />CONSTRUCTION COMPANY AND FILING NOTICE OF 00MPLETION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Work on the Pleasanton Main Fire Station has been satis- <br /> <br />factorily completed and acceptance thereof ~ the City, <br /> <br />payment of the final progress payment in the amount of <br /> <br />$?99.36 to Western Empire Construction Company and filin <br /> <br />a notice of completion is now appropriate. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That the work by Western Empire Construction Company on <br /> <br />the Pleasanton Main Fire Station is accepted and the <br /> <br />appropriate City officers authorized to file a notice <br /> <br />of completion thereon. <br /> <br />2.
