RESOLUTION NO. 70-196 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MATURITY SCHEDULE FOR BONDS <br />TO BE ISSUED IN ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 1970-1, LONGVIEW, <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON, ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />shall be as shown on <br />maturity schedule is, <br />a part hereof. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, <br />Alameda County, California, by its Resolution of Intention No. <br />70-130, provided that bonds to be issued to represent unpaid assess- <br />ments would be issued in accordance with the provisions of Division <br />10 (The Improvement Bond Act of 1915) of the Streets and Highways <br />Code of the State of California. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br />the City 0f Pleasanton that the maturity schedule for the bonds to <br />be issued in said Assessment District 1970-1, Longview, City of <br />Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, being Series No. 1970-1, <br /> <br /> "Exhibit A" annexed to this Resolution, which <br /> <br /> by this reference incorporated herein and made <br /> <br />I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly <br /> <br />and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, <br /> <br />Alameda County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on <br /> 8TH ~%Y OF SEPTEMBER, 1970 <br />the ~X~X~X~N~X~X~, by the following vote, to wit: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />NOES: <br /> <br />CouncilmenBERATLIS~ GERTONr PEARSON, <br />Councilmen NONE <br /> <br />SPILIOTOPOULOS AND <br /> MAYOR REID <br /> <br />ABSENT: Councilmen NONE <br /> <br />HELEN C.
