CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. ?0-190 <br /> <br />APPROVING PROPOSED POLICIES AND PROCEDURES FOR <br />RENTAL AND USE OF CITY FACILITIES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />NOW, <br /> <br />DATED: <br /> <br /> The Parks and Recreation Commission at its meeting <br /> August 6, 1970, by Resolution No. R-70-20, approved and <br /> recommended to the City Council a set of policies and <br /> procedures for the rental and/or scheduled use for <br /> enumerated City facilities. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That the proposed policies and procedures for rental <br /> and/or scheduled use of City facilities approved by the <br /> Parks and Recreation Commission by Resolution No. ~70-2£ <br /> is accepted and approved, and the appropriate City <br /> <br /> officers directed to take w~ steps necessary to <br /> implement said accep~a~7~.~,/~~J / <br /> <br /> RO~ ~.
