C. Binkley Associates has submitted a proposal for the <br /> provision of engineering services in connection with the <br /> installation of a new pumping system in Wells Nos. 5 and <br /> 7; and <br /> <br /> The cost of said services would not exceed $6,000.00, <br /> <br /> consistent with the proposal dated March 17, 1970. <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That the proposal of T. C.
