RESOLUTION NO. 70-180 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN THE CITY OF PLEASANTON AND O. C. JONES <br />AND SONS, A PARTNERSHIP, FOR THE CONSTRUCTION <br />WORK TO BE DONE IN ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1970-1, <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON~ ALAMEDA COUNTY~ CAL.IFORNIA <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, that the contract dated <br />July 27, 1970, by and between the CITY OF PLEASANTON and O. C. <br />JONES AND SONS, a partnership, for the work and improvements to <br />be done in Assessment District No. 1970-~1, City of Pleasanton, <br />Alameda County, California, is hereby approved; and <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City of <br />Pleasanton be authorized to sign, and the City Clerk thereof be <br />authorized to attest, the said agreement;' and <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Labor and Material <br /> <br />Bond and the Faithful Performance Bond to secure the preformance <br />of said contract and to secure payment of labor and materials <br />claims be filed with the City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton in <br />Said matter, which said Labor and Material Bond and said Faithful <br />Performance Bond are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY that the~foregoing resolution was duly <br />and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, <br />Alameda County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held <br />on the 10th day of August, 1970, by the following vote, to wit: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />NOES: <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />Councilmen B~A~R%~RT~N~ PRARSON~ SPILIOTOPOULOS AND <br /> MAYOR REID <br />Councilmen NON~ <br /> <br />Councilmen NONE <br /> <br />HELEN C.
