CIIY OF PLEASANTON <br /> .COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 70-179 <br />FINDING OF NO MAJORITY PROTEST FOR ANNEXATION NO. 65 <br /> <br />WHEREAS: 'The City Council did, by Resolution No. 70,147-A, initi- <br /> <br /> ate proceedings to annex certain property described <br /> therein to the City of ?leasanton; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS: Said annexation includes some 16 acres, more or less, of <br /> land along Vineyard Avenue, and is commonly known as <br /> Annexation No..65; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS: The hearing on said Annexation was held August 17, 1970 <br /> <br /> at which no majority protest with respect thereto was <br /> filed. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />DATED: <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />1.
