CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RE: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 70-178 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT WITH ALAMEDA COUNTY FOR <br />OBTAINING AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHY AND FOR THE ESTABLISH- <br />MENT OF THE PRECISE ALIGNMENT OF FOOTHILL ROAD <br /> <br />iWHEREAS; <br /> <br />City is in receipt of an agreement proposed by the County <br />of Alameda which would, if adopted, provide for the doing <br />of surveying and engineering work and the sharing of cost <br />therefor.for the establishment of the precise alignment <br /> <br />for Foothill Road from Stoneridge Drive to approximately <br /> <br />1500:ft. southerly of Bernal Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS; the agreement appears satisfactory and the terms and <br /> <br /> conditions thereof appropriate. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That the agreement between the County of Alameda and the <br /> ! <br />Ci2.y providing for the surveying and engineering necessary <br />for the establishment of a precise alignment for Foothil~ <br /> <br />Road from Stoneridge Drive to approximately 1500 .feet <br /> <br />southerly of Bernal Avenue is hereby approved and the <br /> <br />,DATED: <br /> <br /> approval. <br />August 17, 1970 <br /> <br />appropriate City officers directed to implement, said <br /> ROBERT I.
