CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RE: <br /> <br /> R~$CLUTION NO. 70-17,.7 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF FIRE PROTECTION SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The City of Pleasanton is in receipt of a proposed <br /> <br />agreement from the County of Alameda whereby the City <br /> <br />would provide fire protection services for certain <br /> <br />unprotected county service areas near the City in return <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />for payment therefor by the County; and <br /> <br />Said agreement appears to be in order and the considera- <br /> <br />tion provided adequate; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That the proposed agreement for provision by City of <br />fire protection services for County Service Areas F-1964- <br />F-1965-1, F-1965-2, and F-1965-3, in return for payment <br />therefor by the County of Alameda, is hereby approved and <br /> <br />DATED: <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> the appropriate City officers directed to take whatever <br /> steps necessary to imp lem/e"~'t~, aid appr?~a~. <br /> <br />August 17, 1970 <br /> <br /> ROBERT I.
