ON THAT PORTION OF THE <br />AMADOR VALLEY COMMUNITY PARK WITHIN THE SWIMMING <br />POOL ENCLOSURE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, It is desirable that the City's swimming program and <br /> other recreational activities be transferred to the <br /> Amador Valley Community Park site as quickly as possible <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, General condition No. 49 contained in the general condi- <br /> <br /> tions applicable to the construction of the Amador Valle <br /> Community Park provides for use and occupancy by owner <br /> prior to acceptance; <br /> <br />NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That work performed by Armand and Smith Construction <br /> Company, Inc. within the swimming pool enclosure (exclus- <br /> ive of the recreation hall) of the Amador Valley Commun- <br /> ity Park Site located at the northwest corner of Santa <br /> Rita Road and Black Avenue is approved and accepted <br /> subject to: <br /> <br /> A. Those items relating to the work of Armand and Smith <br /> Construction Company, Inc. contained in the punch <br /> list dated July 31, 1970, prepared by Royston, <br /> Hanamoto, Beck and Abey, the architects/engineer for <br /> said park.' <br /> <br /> B. Ail of the warranties and guaranties provided for in <br /> the contract documents and specifications. <br /> <br /> C. Review of concrete work both within and outside <br /> structures prior to final acceptance thereof to <br /> determine if additional cracks have developed. <br /> <br /> 2. Appropriate City officers are authorized and direct, ed to <br /> prepare and record a Notice of Completion with respect to <br /> <br /> <br />
