IN CONNECTION WITH <br />WEST PLEASANTON SEWER <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />The City is in receipt of an agreement pursuant to which <br />the City of Pleasanton Would.acquire from Qualified <br />Investments, Inc. a permanent easement for sewer purposes <br />in return for paying to Qualified Investments, Inc. the <br />amount of $3,850.00, allowing the planting of trees with- <br />in the easement and the allowing of certain variations <br />from rear and side yard setback requirements with respect <br />to lots affected by said easement. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />DATED: <br /> <br />August 3, 1970 <br /> <br />That the agreement proposed by the City of Pleasanton and <br />Qualified Investments, Inc. purporting to settle the suit <br />in eminent domain filed by City to acquire a permanent <br />easement for sewer purposes is accepted and the appropriat <br />City officers authorized to take whatever action necessar <br />to implement said acceptance. <br /> <br /> ROBEB?
