RE: <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE 0;:' CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />CONFIRMATION OF COST ITEMIZATION OF WEED ABATEMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The City's 1970 Weed Abatement Program carried out <br /> <br /> pursuant to Resolution No. 70-83 has been completed and <br /> an itemization per parcel cost prepared by the Firechief <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Said itemization of cost was posted outside the Council <br /> chambers for three days prior to July 27th; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, No objections to said itemization of cost were registere~ ; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That the itemization of cost prepared by the City's <br /> Firechief for the Weed Abatement Program for 1970 is <br /> approved. <br /> <br /> 2. That the Director of Finance be directed to forward said <br /> itemization to the County Auditor on or before August 10 <br /> <br />in order that said <br /> <br />DATED: July 27,~ 1970 <br /> <br />costs may be "Co~lec~ed wit~taxes. <br /> ROBERT I.
