ORLOFF AND <br />APPROVAL OF RIGHT-OF-WAY CONTRACT RELATING TO A <br />PARCEL ON VALLEY AVENUE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />The City is in receipt of a grant deed dated July 23,1970 <br />from Edwin E. Orloff for street widening purposes on <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Valley Avenue; and <br /> <br />Right of Way Contract signed by Edwin E. 0rloff dated <br /> <br />July 23, 1970 has been received. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That the offer of dedication evidenced by the grant <br /> <br />deed dated July 23, 1970 from Edwin E. Orloff to the <br /> <br />City of Pleasanton be accepted and recorded. <br /> <br />2. That the Right of Way Contract between Edwin E. 0rloff and <br /> <br />the City of Pleasanton is hereby approved and the appro- <br /> <br />priate City officers authorized and directed to sign <br /> <br />said agreement <br /> <br /> on behalf of t~ C~ity. <br /> <br />ii ROBERT I.
