charges shall continue to be applicable until the entire amount of the re- fundable advance shall have become elig~ble for refund or unt'~l the end of the ten (10) year period during which the refundable advance is subject to refund, whichever occurs first° 5o As provided in Section B~3 of the Undergr~ound Extension Rule, in the event that an extension in excess of 200 feet outside of the boundaries of the tract or parcel of land is required, Owner shall execute concurrently w~th its acceptance of this agreement, PGandE's applicable agreement, in form on file with Commission, relating to overhead and/or underground extensions under PGandE's Rule No, 15o 6o Any rearrangement, relocation, addition to or other modification of the Distribution System or Street Lighting Facilities as shown on Exhibit "A" after commencement of construction required for any reason other than the sole convenience of PGandE shall be paid for on demand and in advance by Owner~ 7, City and Owner shall, upon the installation of the Distribution System and Street Lighting Facilities, execute and deliver to PGandE a Bill of Sale and Conveyance in the form attached hereto as Exhibit "B" conveying the Distribution System and Street Lighting Facilities to PGandEo 8o Owner hereby grants to PGandE all necessary rights of way and easements to install, operate, maintain, replace and remove the Distribution System on property of Owner along the routes shown upon the attached plans and specifications and Owner agrees to execute such other grants, deeds or documents as PGandE may require to enable it to record such r~hts of way and easements.
