RESOLUTION NO. 70-157 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DIRECTING FILING OF ANMENDED ENGINEER'S <br />REPORT AND AMENDED ESTIMATE OF COST IN ASSESSMENT <br />DISTRICT 1970-1, LONGVIEW, CITY OF PLEASANTON, <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on the 8th day of June, 1970, the City Council <br />of the City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, prelimi- <br />narily adopted the Engineer's Report and Engineer's Estimate of <br />Cost, filed pursuant to the Resolution of Intention in Assessment <br />District 1970-1, Longview, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, <br />California; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, since the filing of said original Engineer's <br />Report and Engineer's Estimate of Cost, bids have been received <br />showing a different construction cost than set forth in said orig- <br />inal Engineer's Report and Engineer's Estimate of Cost; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br /> <br />the City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, that the <br />Engineer of Work be, and he is hereby directed to file an Amended <br />Engineer's Report and Amended Estimate of Cost to conform to the <br />low bid received for said work and improvements. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly <br />and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, <br />Alameda County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on <br />the 13th day of July, 1970, by the following vote, to wit: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmen <br />NOES: Councilmen <br />ABSENT: Councilmen <br /> <br />Beratlis and Mayor Gerton <br /> <br />Pearson <br /> <br />Gerton and Spiliotopoulos <br /> <br />ttELEN C.
