RESOLUTION N0.70-156 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTESTS <br /> <br /> %~EREAS, on the 8th.. day of June,1970, the City Council <br /> <br />of the City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, adopted <br />its resolution fixing time and place for hearing on the Engineer's <br />Report in Assessment District 1970-1, Longview, City of Pleasanton, <br />Alameda County, California; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said resolution fixed the 13th day of July, 1970 <br /> <br />at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M. of said day at the meeting place <br />of the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, located in the Justice <br />Court Chambers, 30 West Angela Street, Pleasanton, California, as the <br />time and place for hearing protests with relation to the proposed <br />improvements described in the Engineer's Report, the grades to which <br />the work will be done, the extent of the assessment district, the <br />assessment, or the Engineer's Estimate of Cost and expenses, or any <br />other act or determination of the Engineer of Work of said assess- <br />ment district; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at the time set for hearing the protests and objec- <br />tions, said City Council of the City of Pleasanton proceeded to hear <br />the same, and all of the protests or objections of every kind or <br />nature having been heard and duly considered; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEP~FORE, IT IS }~EREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of <br />the City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, that all of said <br />protests and objections of every kind or nature be, and the same <br />are hereby, overruled or denied; and <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
