CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01-049 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE FILING OF AN ANNUAL <br />REPORT FOR LIGHTING AND LANDSCAPE ASSESSMENT <br />DISTRICT NO. 1993-2, BONDE RANCH (PURSUANT TO <br />THE LANDSCAPING AND LIGHTING ACT OF 1972) <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Philip A. Gmbstick, City Engineer, the person designated by this Council as the <br />Engineer of Work for Lighting and Landscape Assessment District No. 1993-2, <br />Bonde Ranch, is hereby directed to file an annual report in accordance with the <br />provisions of the Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972. <br /> <br />Section 2: <br /> <br />This resolution is adopted pursuant to Section 22622 of the Streets and Highways <br />Code. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON MAY 15, 2001 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Ayala, Campbell, Dennis, Michelotti, and Mayor Pico <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Peggy ~.//Ez~, City~lerk - <br /> <br />Michael H.
