CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01-040 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING GROWTH MANAGEMENT <br />ALLOCATIONS AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY <br />MANAGER TO SIGN GROWTH MANAGEMENT <br />AGREEMENTS OR AMENDMENTS THERETO <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of May 8, 2001, the City Council reviewed the report of the Director <br />of Planning and Community Development (SR 01:105) regarding the <br />consideration of growth management allocation requests; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by the City Council at which time members of the public <br /> presented testimony regarding the growth management allocations; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br />Section 2: <br /> <br />Approves the request of Pulte Homes to reallocate two of its Year 2000 units to <br />2001. <br /> <br />Approves the request of Black Mountain Development to reclassify its remaining <br />major project allocation as a first-come, first-served project. <br /> <br />Section 3: Classifies the New Cities Development project as a first-come, first-served project. <br /> <br />Section 4: <br /> <br />Approves the growth management allocations based on the Council's Growth <br />Management Committee recommendations as set forth in the following table: <br /> <br /> <br />
