CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01-038 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CASE PAP-17, THE APPEAL <br />OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION'S APPROVAL OF A <br />MODIFICATION OF A LANDSCAPE PLAN, AS FILED <br />UNDER CASE PDR-107 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />C.J. and Suzanne Doherty dba Budget Car and Track Rental/Sales applied for a <br />modification to an approved landscape plan to replace decorative trellises with <br />trees for a car and track rental sales lot located at 4003 Pimlico Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is C-F (Freeway Commercial) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of February 28, 2001, the Planning Commission adopted Resolution <br />No. PC-2001-09, modifying the approved landscape plan by reducing the number <br />and modifying the design of the required trellises; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, within the time specified by the City of Pleasanton Municipal Code, the applicant <br /> appealed the Planning Commission's decision; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held before the City Council on May 8, 2001 on <br /> the appeal; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the requirements of the <br /> California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council determined that the replacement of all of the trellises with <br /> evergreen trees is appropriate. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Approves Case PAP-17, the appeal of the Planning Commission's approval of a <br />modified landscape plan which reduces the number of trellises and modifies the <br />design of the trellises for Case PDR-107, the application of C.J. and Suzanne <br />Do. herty dba Budget Care and Truck Rental/Sales located at 4003 Pimlico Drive, <br />subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br /> <br />
