WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />NOW, <br /> <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COU;~TY OF ALAMEDA <br /> S'['/iTE O,': CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 70-125 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF TENTATIVE DEVELOPMENT PLAN OF FIRST <br />PLEASANTON INVESTORS <br /> <br /> The development plan filed by First Pleasanton Investors <br /> seeking to implement a Planned Unit Development for <br /> multiple townhouse dwellings with density equivalent to <br /> that allowed by RM-2000 with respect to a parcel of <br /> property some 9.1 acres in size abutting the frontage <br /> road serving the interchange of Santa Rita Road and Free. <br /> way #580 on the North and by Gulf Stream Drive on the west <br /> was considered by the Planning Commission at its meeting <br /> May 13, 1970, after having been referred back to said <br /> Planning Commission by the City Council, and said tenta- <br /> tive development plan was approved, allowing 159 dwellin <br /> units consistent with RM-2500 zoning district boundaries <br /> and <br /> <br /> The said tentative development plan, together with the <br /> recommendation of the Planning Commission, was considere~ <br /> at Public Hearing June 8, 1970, by the City Council and <br /> evidence both oral and documentary considered; and <br /> <br /> It appearing that said tentative development plan con- <br /> templates an imaginative site plan in excess of 50% of <br /> which is devoted ~to open space exclusive of streets and <br /> that ample access for traffic is afforded to and from <br /> said proposed development and, further, that park lands <br /> considerably in excess of those required have been dedi- <br /> cated by the developer for the existing Planned Unit <br /> Development; <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1.
