CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO? 0-116 <br /> <br />APPROVING AND PROVIDING FOR THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT <br />FOR GRANT TO ACQUIRE AND/OR DEVELOP LAN~ FOR OPEN-SPACE <br />PURPOSES NO. 0SD-380 (G) BY AND BETWEEN THE CIiTY OF <br />PLEASANTON AND THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />Section 3. <br /> <br />ADOPTED THIS <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />The pending proposed Contract for Grant to Acquire <br />and/or Develop Land for Open-Space Purposes No. OSD- <br />380(G) is hereby in all respects approved. <br /> <br />The Mayor of the City of Pleasanton is hereby authoriz~ <br />and directed to execute Contract No. 0SD-380 (G) in <br />two (2) counterparts on behalf of the City of Pleasan$~ <br />and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed <br />to impress and attest the official seal of the Public <br />Body on each suchcounterpart and to forward such <br />counterparts to the Department of Housing and Urban <br />Development, for execution on behalf of the Government <br />together with such other documents relative to the <br />approval and execution of such counterparts as may be <br /> <br />required by the Government. <br /> <br />This Resolution shall take effect <br /> <br />.3.5 Tt-I <br /> <br />HELEN C.
