CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO.70-106 <br /> <br />RE: ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS; TRACT NO. 3123 <br /> (OAKHILL) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Construction of improvements for Tract No. 3123 (0akhill) <br /> has been completed with certain exceptions enumerated in <br /> <br />the report of the Director of Public Works dated May 7, <br /> <br /> 1970; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, A maintenance bond is on file to guarantee said improve- <br /> <br />ments for one year; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1.
