Engineering in the amount of $55,849.87; <br />and <br /> <br />There were no irregularities in either the bid or bid <br />procedure; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That the low bid of S. and J. Engineering in the amount <br />of $55,849.87 for the installation of street improvement~ <br />on Black Avenue is accepted and the appropriate City <br />officers authorized and directed to prepare and execute <br />the contract to perform said work with S. and J.
